Car Buyers, Debtors, Consumers & Tenant Access to Justice Threatened by SB 71

The Auto Fraud Legal Center requests that California voters act to urge Governor Newsom to VETO SB 71 to protect consumers right to due process in courts and to prevent manipulation by the auto manufacturers seeking greater protection from Lemon cases.
