Thank you for sharing your information with us.
We will review your case and get back to you within 1 to 2 business days. Our goal is to help as many California buyers as possible and this review process is the beginning. This process has been used to obtain justice for thousands of customers.
If your case meets the requirements to sue a California auto dealer, you will be asked to submit copies/images of your purchase contract and any other documentation that is normally provided in a purchase sale. Please do not attempt to send any type of document(s) until a member of our office requests them.
Once the documents have been reviewed and the attorney determines there is a case we can pursue, a staff member will send a retainer agreement and once this contract has been signed by you and the firm will there be a binding relationship between you and the firm. Until this point of the process, no communication regarding legal advice, personal decisions, or financial decisions should take place with our staff or attorneys in this office.
