You Can’t Sell A Vehicle You Don’t Own

Our client alleges Christian Lee Williams, doing business as Auto Express, located in Chula Vista, in the County of San Diego, sold her a 2013 Volkswagen Passat without having title to the vehicle. She was concerned she hadn’t received her registration from the Department of Motor Vehicles. When she asked the DMV about the status of her registration, she was informed that someone else had title to the vehicle.

She contacted the attorneys at the Auto Fraud Legal Center, who have extensive experience representing individuals who have been ripped off by cheating dealerships.

If you were think you were cheated when you purchased your vehicle from a dealership, please contact Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center for a FREE evaluation of your case.
