Our clients bought a used vehicle from DriveTime Car Sales in Montclair in San Bernardino County. Our clients allege that after purchasing the vehicle, the car has had multiple mechanical issues. Our clients allege the vehicle also had prior damage, which was not disclosed to them. Our clients would not have purchased the car if they knew it had prior damage. Our clients also allege DriveTime uses various illegal documents as a Buy Here Pay Here dealership.
