After achieving six-figure trial wins and million-dollar punitive damages awards against Ford Motor Company for their defective 6.0 diesel engine trucks and fraud committed against consumers, our co-counsel Knight Law Group hired RBB to defend four trial judgments and attorney fees awards against Ford’s appeals. The Court of Appeal in Riverside affirmed two of the judgments, only reducing the punitive damage award. The Court published one of its decisions: Bowser v. Ford Motor Co. (2022) 78 Cal.App.5th 587. The court issued one unpublished decision and the two other cases settled with six-figure damages and six-figure punitive damages awards for the consumers who had long-suffered with Ford’s defective and dangerous engine.
