Our client purchased a 2013 Ford Focus from Streamline Auto in Escondido in San Diego County. He paid cash for the vehicle, and was told the title would arrive shortly. It never came. So he contacted the Auto Fraud Legal Center for help. We filed a lawsuit on his behalf in San Diego County Superior Court against the dealership, and its bond company, Hudson Insurance Company, alleging fraud and breach of warranty of title.
