Williams v. American River RV– Davis (Yolo County), CA
Plaintiff, a disabled man, that American River RV sold him a new 2018 Forest River Lacrosse RV and charged him $595 for “pre-delivery inspection,” but the RV had all sorts of mechanical bugs that would have been found if American River had done an inspection. When the RV broke down, American River and Forest River wouldn’t cover the repairs under the factory warranty. The Auto Fraud Legal Center sued both American River and Forest River for violating California’s Lemon Law, among other claims. If you purchased an RV or 5th-wheel from American River RV, or purchased a Forest River RV or 5th wheel with mechanical defects, or have questions about California’s Lemon Law, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.
