Wiedner v. Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. – 2014 Scion xB Spontaneously Catches Fire (SETTLEMENT UPDATE)

Ms. Wiedner alleged Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., willfully refused warranty coverage for a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Scion xB that caught fire while parked in a driveway due to an alleged electrical malfunction. Auto Fraud Legal Center’s Auto Fraud Legal Center filed a lawsuit on Ms. Wiedner’’s behalf against Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., and has since achieved settlement.
