Went to Trade In a CPO and Found Out Your Vehicle Has Frame Damage?

A dealership in Los Angeles County sold our client a Certified Pre-Owned Chrysler 200 for around $17,000. Our client alleges that when he asked at the time of purchase whether the vehicle had been in any accidents, the dealer’s employees said no. Our client alleges that when he later went to sell the vehicle, he found out that not only had the vehicle been in an accident that caused frame damage, but that the vehicle was actually worth around $4,000!
If you’ve had a vehicle that was sold to you as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle and find out it has prior frame damage, you may have a claim against the manufacturer and/or dealership.
