Before purchasing the vehicle, our client alleges she was told the vehicle had not been involved in any prior accidents and was shown a clean CarFax Vehicle History Report. A few years later, our client received a subpoena from Mercury Insurance Company where she learned the vehicle had been in an accident in December 2014. The vehicle sustained approximately $8,000.00 worth of damage from the accident! None of this information was disclosed to our client by Walter’s Audi before she purchased the vehicle.
