Wallace v. Worldwide Corporations dba Worldwide Motors – San Diego
Plaintiff alleged Worldwide Motors, located near MCAS Miramar, advertised a 2011 BMW 535i as equipped with a rearview camera, navigation system, and Bluetooth – none of which were actually on the vehicle – and overcharged the Vehicle License Fee.
