Our client alleges Lux Motors (1) misrepresented and/or concealed the Vehicle’s accident history; (2) misrepresented and/or concealed the Vehicle’s damage history; (3) misrepresented Dealer’s inspection of the Vehicle; (3) sold the Vehicle with unsafe tires; (4) charged Plaintiff more than the advertised price; (5) overcharged Vehicle License Fees and failed to refund the overcharge; and (6) committed civil theft.
