UNDISCLOSED TOTAL-LOSS VEHICLE SOLD TO CUSTOMER?

Briseno v. Sarwari et al – Escondido (San Diego)
Our client alleges that Cars4U in Escondido sold her a 2014 Nissan Maxima without disclosing to her that the vehicle had been reported as a total loss by an insurance company. When a vehicle is reported as a total loss, the dealer is required to post specific warning labels on the vehicle and to have the vehicle’s title branded as “salvage.” However, Cars4U allegedly didn’t do so. If you bought an undisclosed total-loss or salvage vehicle, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com. Rosner Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center will provide you a FREE evaluation of your rights.
