UNDISCLOSED PRIOR RENTAL CAR WITH FRAME DAMGE Gonzalez v. Used Cars Mega Store

In April 2017 our client went to Used Car Megastores in National City in San Diego County, to purchase a quality used car. She alleges she was shown a 2010 Mazda 3 for sale. She alleges she asked the Used Car Megastore salesperson if there were any problems with the 2010 Mazda 3, and also asked if the Mazda had been in any accidents. Our client alleges the Used Car Megastores’ salesperson represented to her that the 2010 Mazda 3 had been thoroughly inspected by Used Car Megastores, ran well, and had not been in any accidents. She also alleges Used Car Megastores sold her an extended warranty by representing that the extended warranty would cover any problems with the car. Shortly after purchasing the 2010 Mazda, our client experienced problems when the Mazda 3 would stop running while she was driving. Despite the representation by Used Car Megastores that the extended warranty would cover any problems with the car, the warranty company refused to repair her 2010 Mazda. To add insult to injury, she alleges, despite the express representations of Used Cars Megastores, she learned that her 2010 Mazda experienced significant accident damage and that it was never disclosed to her that that the Mazda 3 was a prior rental.
