Undisclosed Accident Damage?

Our client bought a used Honda Accord from J&D Enterprise in Los Angeles County. Our client alleges when he asked whether the car was in any accidents, the dealership told him no. When our client went to sell the car, he found out not only that it was in an accident, but that the car had frame damage.
