TOYOTA DEALER SELLS “CERTIFIED” VEHICLE WITH FRAME DAMAGE – AND DOESN’T PROVIDE INSPECTION REPORT

Adams v. Sullivan Motors Cars LLC dba Toyota Santa Monica – Santa Monica (Los Angeles)
Our client bought a 2015 Toyota Venza that was advertised as a “Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle,” but was not given a pre-sale inspection report which California law requires dealers to give to customers for all Certified Pre-Owned vehicles they sell. Our client later discovered that the “Toyota Certified Pre-Owned” vehicle also had concealed structural damage, and California law forbids selling vehicles with structural or frame damage as “certified.” If you’ve been sold a “certified pre-owned” vehicle that has concealed frame or structural damage, or you never got an inspection report when buying a “certified pre-owned” vehicle, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.
