The Lemon Law Department at the Auto Fraud Legal Center has filed another lemon law claim involving a diesel pusher. Our lawsuit alleges that our clients’ Thor Aria had numerous issues with the turbo, so the lawsuit also named Freightliner as a defendant. The lawsuit also alleges that our clients’ Thor Aria also has defects with the leveling jacks and entry steps. So the lawsuit also names Lippert Components as a defendant.
