The Best Certified Pre-Owned Program?

Hyundai claims it has high standards for a vehicle before it can be certified under their CPO program, and that they have “The Best Certified Pre-Owned Program.” Does a “lemon” meet their standards?

Our client alleges that her “certified” 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe, purchased at Keyes Hyundai, located in Van Nuys, in Los Angeles County, started having transmission problems that no Hyundai dealer could fix. She asked that Hyundai repurchase the vehicle under California’s “lemon law.” Hyundai refused!
