SUBARU LEASES A LEMON

Hernandez v. Subaru

Around May 2016, our clients went to Puente Hills Subaru, in the City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, to see about getting a new car. The dealership leased our clients a new 2017 Subaru Impreza. The leased 2017 Impreza carried the same Subaru warranty protection as a purchased Impresa. During the lease term, the 2017 Subaru Impreza experienced repeated transmission problems which Subaru was unable to repair. The lemon law firm of Rosner, Barry and Babbitt is filing a lawsuit to force Subaru to take back the 2017 Impreza, refund our clients’ money, pay off the lease on the 2017 Subaru Impreza, and pay the attorneys’ fees and costs involved.
