Our client purchased a 2018 GMC 1500 from South County Buick GMC in National City in San Diego County. However, before purchasing the vehicle, our client alleges he received a quote for another 2018 GMC 1500. When he attempted to purchase the vehicle he was quoted, our client alleges he was told the vehicle was no longer available. He was then shown the purchased vehicle, which was the same year, make, and model, but at a higher price. Our client also alleges he was told he needed to purchase a service contract or else the Annual Percentage Rate listed on the sales contract would drastically increase.
