Simms v. Perry Ford of Poway – San Diego

New case filed alleging Perry Ford told our client that the 2014 Volkswagen Passat, VIN: 1VWAT7A34EC054854, had not been in an accident. Shortly after purchasing the Vehicle, our client discovered the truth. Perry now admits the Vehicle was in an accident and sent it to a body shop to be inspected; the left rear door is still damaged and needs to be replace. Perry did not respond to our client’s requests to repurchase the Vehicle.
