Service Contract with Safe-Guard?

We recently filed a lawsuit against Safe-Guard, an administrator of vehicle service contracts, after they provided our client with two defective engines. Our client purchased an extended warranty from Safe-Guard to protect himself in case of future vehicle issues. When his engine started failing, he was happy that Safe-Guard agreed to replace it. However, our client alleges that Safe-Guard didn’t actually fix the problem because they provided him with two defective replacement engines, and then refused to provide further help.
