SELLING PRIOR RENTAL WITH PRIOR ACCIDENT DAMAGE – AND NO TITLE?
Cornelsen v. Rose Auto Sales – San Diego
Our client bought a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu from Rose Auto Sales. She alleges Rose Auto Sales did not disclose to her that the Chevy was a prior-rental vehicle, and allegedly told her the Chevy hadn’t been in any prior accidents – but an AutoCheck report and CarMax appraisal found concealed prior accident damage! Also, our client has never received her title, plates, and tags, even though she bought the vehicle in August 2019! If you’ve been sold a prior-rental vehicle (and the dealer didn’t disclose that fact), or you were sold a vehicle with concealed accident damage that the dealer lied about, or it’s been over four months since you bought your vehicle and you still haven’t received your plates and tags, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com and get a FREE evaluation from Rosner Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center!
