SELLING OVER ADVERTISED PRICE, CONCEALED DAMAGE, OVERCHARGED LICENSE FEE?

Pimentel et al. v. Jawad Co. dba Own a Car of Fresno et al – Fresno
Our clients allege they bought a 2017 Honda Accord from Own A Car of Fresno in March 2020. The Honda was advertised at $18,999, but the sale price put on the contract was $19,999. Selling a vehicle at a price greater than the advertised price is illegal! The Honda also was sold with concealed prior accident damage, and Own A Car of Fresno also allegedly overcharged the vehicle license fee due to the DMV. If you’ve bought a vehicle with a price on the contract that’s more than what was in the ads, or you bought a car with concealed prior accident damage, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com. Rosner Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center will provide you a FREE evaluation of your rights. We are here to help you!
