Sanchez v. Harrington Joey Lee dba J’s Auto Sales: In May 2019, our client purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze from J’s Auto Sales in Bakersfield. The Vehicle was sold with a limited warranty from the dealer. Within a week, our client alleges the vehicle began overheating and failed a smog check. Our client called J’s Auto to report the vehicle’s mechanical problems and have the vehicle repaired under the dealer’s limited warranty. However, J’s Auto refused to repair the Vehicle. Without being able to resolve the situation directly with J’s Auto, our client contacted our firm for assistance. We then filed an Arbitration Demand on September 10, 2019.
