San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Sold Vehicle Over the Advertised Price?
Our client purchased a 2019 Dodge Journey from San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, an Alameda County dealership. However, the dealership allegedly sold the vehicle for over $6,000 more than the price it had advertised. In California, it is illegal for a dealership to sell a vehicle over the advertised price (even if you never saw the ad!).
The attorneys at Auto Fraud Legal Center have filed a lawsuit in the Alameda County Superior Court in order to make sure our client is compensated for the dealer’s conduct.
