San Diego Dealer’s False Advertising?

Santana Auto Group, located in Chula Vista, in the County of San Diego, advertised that a 2010 Ford Flex was in mint condition, no accidents, and came with a 6-month warranty. Our client alleges, among other claims, that none of the claims in the advertisement were true. The car was in a state of mechanical disrepair, had sustained frame damage, and was sold to her with a 3-month warranty.

When the vehicle broke down, Santana Auto Group took the vehicle and never gave it back. She called the attorneys at Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center, who filed a lawsuit on her behalf and will ensure she is compensated for the dealer’s fraud.

If you think you were cheated when you purchased your vehicle from a dealership, please contact Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center for a FREE evaluation of your case.
