SAM AUTO SALES ALLEGEDLY SELLS VEHICLE WITH CONCEALED FRAME DAMAGE, LUMPED VEHICLE LICENSE FEE AND REGISTRATION FEE
Abbott v. Wissam A. Alghazzi dba Sam Auto Sales – Modesto (Stanislaus County)
Our client bought a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu from Sam Auto Sales. She alleges the Sam Auto Sales staff told her the vehicle had not been in an accident, but wouldn’t provide a vehicle history report. When the vehicle began to have mechanical problems, she got suspicious and obtained a vehicle history report that showed the vehicle had been in an accident in 2017. She took the vehicle to Carmax for an appraisal, and the Carmax appraiser found that the vehicle had FRAME DAMAGE. She also alleges Sam Auto Sales also overcharged the vehicle license fee and illegally “lumped” it with the registration fee. If you’ve been sold a vehicle that had prior accident damage – including frame or structural damage – and that information was concealed from you at the time of sale, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.
