Our client purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Sam Auto Sales in Modesto. A few months after purchasing the vehicle, our client attempted to trade it in but, was unable to. He was told the vehicle, allegedly, has a rolled back odometer and has been in a prior accident. Our client also alleges none of this information was disclosed to him when he purchased the vehicle.
