New case filed. Our client alleges Hollywood Rides misrepresented the mechanical condition of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class prior to his purchase. Given the diagnostic trouble codes saved in the computer and the fact that at least one of the belts in the engine compartment was not properly threaded through the engine, our client alleges the dealer’s misrepresentations were intentional.
