Rodriguez v. General Motors LLC – SETTLEMENT UPDATE

In the case of Rodriguez v. General Motors LLC, the Rodriguezes alleged they had taken their 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ in for repair on multiple occasions due to the engine’s misfiring and decreasing power. Each time, the General Motors-authorized repair facility reported the misfire was caused by bad fuel injectors.
The Rodriguezes had previously received a notice in the mail from General Motors that was addressed to owners of 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZs, notifying them of a known defect that causes in the fuel injectors to malfunction and cause the check engine light to come on, cause the engine to idle or run rough, and may cause the vehicle to stall.
Auto Fraud Legal Center’s Auto Fraud Legal Center successfully represented the Rodriguezes in obtaining a settlement on their behalf.
If you own a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ and have experienced the fuel injector defect, contact Auto Fraud Legal Center’s Auto Fraud Legal Center TODAY for a COMPLIMENTARY evaluation of your rights.
