Rodriguez v. Central Valley Nissan, Inc.

Rodriguez v. Central Valley Nissan, Inc. – In September 2018, our client purchased a 2015 Chevy Impala from Central Valley Nissan in Modesto. After having the vehicle for about two years, our client decided to purchase a newer vehicle. To do so, our client took the 2015 Chevy Impala to a Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership and attempted to trade it in. There, our client was told the vehicle had structural damage resulting from two prior accidents that occurred before he purchased it. Our client alleges he was never informed by Central Valley Nissan that the vehicle had structural damage or that the vehicle had been in any prior accidents. Our client alleges he attempted to resolve the issue directly with the Central Valley Nissan but was unable to. Now, he has retained our help to assist him in resolving his matter.
