Reno v. 916 Auto Mart – Sacramento
New case filed alleging 916 Auto Mart sold a 2007 BMW 3 Series without disclosing mechanical problems. The BMW did not even make it off the lot before overheating. After several repair opportunities, 916 Auto Mart failed to repair the BMW. The Retail Installment Sale Contract for this purchase is a disaster. 916 Auto Mart allegedly overcharged Vehicle License Fees and then later claimed the overcharge is a result of 916 Auto Mart packing multiple undisclosed fees into the Vehicle License Fees. One way or another, they broke the law.
