Reno v. 916 Auto Mart – Sacramento City, Sacramento County
Case settled. Client purchased a 2007 BMW 3 Series, VIN: WBAVA33527PG52289, from 916 Auto Mart for a sticker price of $8,500. Client immediately had mechanical problems and later discovered overcharged Vehicle License Fees and that 916 Auto Mart illegally lumped DMV registration, document processing, and smog fees into a single charge. Client’s first attorney negotiated for several months before referring the case to us. 916 Auto Mart has now paid Client significant damages and attorney’s fees. Client will hold on to the BMW.
