Ramos v. FCA LLC

Ms. Ramos purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Santa Rosa. When the Pacifica kept stalling, Ms. Ramos took it in for repair and FCA kept it in the shop for more than 30 days. In a lawsuit pending in Sonoma County Superior Court, Ms. Ramos alleges the Pacifica is a lemon.
