Ramos v. Approved Auto Center of Pittsburg; Safe Credit Union; and Hudson Insurance Company – Contra Costa
New lawsuit filed over a 2015 Jeep Cherokee purchased at Approved Auto Center of Pittsburg in Contra Costa County. Our client alleges Approved Auto Center told him that the Jeep’s engine and transmission were in good condition and the Jeep had never been in an accident. We believe this Jeep has actually been in multiple accidents. One day after the purchase, the vehicle overheated and the check engine light came on. Our client later discovered that bolts were missing from the transmission and Power Transfer Unit, voiding the Jeep manufacturer warranty. Our client also alleges Approved Auto Center failed to provide him with a Buyer’s Guide or a Spanish language translation of a service contract from a provider who now refuses to repair the vehicle.
