Our clients were sold a 2019 Ram 2500 Laramie Mega Cab SRW 4×4 6.4′ box Cummins I6 diesel truck. The dealer was Sacramento Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram.
Our clients allege they told Sacramento Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram’s truck fleet manager they had a family of 4, and wanted to tow a 15k lb. 5th wheel toy hauler. Our clients allege they also informed the dealer of the various vehicles, equipment, and weights they would be towing Our clients allege they were specifically told by Sacramento CDJR the truck they should buy was a 2019 Ram 2500 Laramie Mega Cab SRW 4×4 6.4′ box Cummins I6 diesel truck as it would exceed their needs.
