Quinones v. JE Group Incorporated dba Kash Wholesale – Los Angeles County

Judgment entered after trial. After a bench trial, our client was awarded $80,009.61 in restitution and $30,000 in punitive damages against Kash Wholesale. The judge ruled our client keeps the 2018 Tesla Model S. Our client was also awarded $36,036.04 from the surety bond held by Hudson Insurance Company in addition to the recovery from JE Group. The Court also awarded our firm our attorney’s fees and costs against Hudson Insurance Company and Kash Wholesale jointly.
