Pulliam v. HNL Automotive, Inc. (Hooman Nissan of Long Beach) – Los Angeles
Case update. Judgements were entered against Defendants Hooman Nissan of Long Beach and TD Auto Finance on May 29, 2018, and September 11, 2019, totaling more than $200,000.00. Hooman Nissan of Long Beach and TD Auto Finance have refused to pay portions of the judgment and filed an appeal to stop collection of the attorney fees. The Court just ordered Hooman Nissan of Long Beach and TD Auto Finance to post a $339,204.00 bond during the appeal. Failure to post the bond allows us to enforce the judgments and collect the money owed.
