New case filed against Honda over a 2019 Acura RDX. Our client alleges the Acura jerks when shifting. It appears Honda’s engineers, including Chief Engineer Stephen Frey, knew of the problem and yet allowed Acura dealers to continue selling them to consumers without disclosing the problem. Honda calls it “shift shock.”
