New case filed against Momentum Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Ally Bank regarding a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. Our client alleges Momentum Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram : (1) failed to register the 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan; and (2) failing to convey title to the 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. Further, Ally Bank has known about these failures and continued to collect on the debt and reported negative information on our clients’ credit report despite Ally Bank being legally responsible for Momentum’s misconduct.
