Patil v. Premier Automotive of CA, LLC, et al. – “New” Car With Undisclosed Repair Work (SETTLED)

In the case of Patil v. Premier Automotive of CA, LLC, Ms. Patil alleged she purchased what she believed was a new 2019 Toyota Camry from Toyota of Poway. She claimed to have later learned that, before the vehicle was sold to her, the vehicle had to be towed to Toyota of Poway for transmission and/or suspension repairs, which were not disclosed to her by Toyota of Poway. Auto Fraud Legal Center’s Auto Fraud Legal Center successfully represented Ms. Patil in obtaining a settlement on her behalf, including payment of her attorneys fees.
If you purchased a “new” vehicle and subsequently found out it underwent presale repairs as in Ms. Patil’s case, contact Auto Fraud Legal Center’s Auto Fraud Legal Center TODAY for a COMPLIMENTARY evaluation of your rights.
