Parenteau v. G T Auto Express and Westlake Financial Services,

Our client alleged that G T Auto Express in Victorville failed to disclose pre-sale accidents, mechanical defects, and broken seat belts; failed to post a Buyer’s Guide on the vehicle as required; and overcharged Vehicle License Fees. During the lawsuit the vehicle was stolen and never recovered. Nevertheless, Rosner, Barry & Babbitt was able to resolve the case favorably by getting a refund of all of client’s payments and payment of his attorney’s fees and costs.
