Palacios v. United Imports of Puente Hills, Inc. – SETTLEMENT UPDATE
Ms. Palacios alleged Puente Hills Mitsubishi represented to her that the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC she was interested in purchasing had only been involved in a minor collision. In reliance on this alleged representation, Ms. Palacios agreed to purchase the vehicle. Months later, while Ms. Palacios was driving the vehicle, an “SOS INOPERABLE” warning popped up on her dashboard and the vehicle shut off. Ms. Palacios alleged she subsequently learned the engine itself had accident damage and there was evidence of structural damage. Auto Fraud Legal Center’s Auto Fraud Legal Center successfully represented Ms. Palacios in obtaining a settlement on her behalf.
