Pacific Coach Works and Carbon Monoxide

Rosner, Barry and Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center has filed another lemon law lawsuit against Pacific Coach Works alleging a breach of warranty following carbon monoxide intrusion. Carbon monoxide is deadly. In Wells v. Pacific Coachworks, Inc., et al. LASC Case No. 18STCV06708, our client alleges his 2018 Pacific Coachworks 25FS not only have defective water tank, slide out seals, and galley cabinet, but suffered from carbon monoxide intrusion. The CO detector would go off after 30 minutes of running the generator. Mike Thompsons RV was unable to repair the CO intrusion after multiple attempts.

To date, Pacific Coachworks has denied all liability. Yet, our client cannot use his 2018 Pacific Coachworks 25FS with such a serious safety defect.

Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
