Pacific Auto Group, Inc. Cheated Consumer Twice!
Our client purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima from Pacific Auto Group, located in San Diego. Our client later discovered the car had been involved in an accident, even though Pacific Auto Group had represented it had never been involved in an accident. Our client agreed to a replacement vehicle he was assured was not involved in an accident and was in good condition. Pacific Auto Group provided our client with a 2016 Chevy Traverse.
Our client soon realized Pacific Auto Group had financed negative equity of the Altima into the loan for the Traverse. Furthermore, he began experiencing mechanical issues, and soon discovered the Traverse had also been involved in an accident.
This time, he contacted Auto Fraud Legal Center to represent him in an action against the dealership.
