Pacific Auto Center – Undisclosed Prior Rental

Mr. Cruz alleges Pacific Auto Center in Costa Mesa, California, sold him a used 2017 Ford Mustang without properly disclosing it was a prior rental vehicle. This practice violates Vehicle Code section 11713(t). Pacific Auto Center was accused of doing the same thing in the case of Miller v. PAC Auto Group, Inc., which settled last year.
