Pacific Auto Center – Undisclosed Add-Ons

Mr. Cruz alleges Pacific Auto Center in Costa Mesa, California, charged him for various add-ons in connection with his car purchase, including a $495 United States Warranty theft-deterrent, a $995 Spartan GPS theft-deterrent, Clear Concepts surface protection for $495, United States Warranty fabric and paint protection for $995, and GAP insurance for $895. Mr. Cruz alleges these add-ons were never discussed and he would have only agreed to purchase one theft-deterrent product, not both, and not any of the other add-ons.
