DEALER REALLY “TOOK CARE” OF BUYERS

On May 6, 2018 our client, who was 19 at the time, went with his mother to K&S Auto Sales in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego to buy his first car. Unfortunately, they made a mistake made by most car buyers — they trusted a car dealer. Our clients allege they were looking to buy a safe reliable car. K&S Auto Sales showed them a 2014 Hyundai Genesis. They allege K&S Auto told them “you came to the right place, we’ll take care of you.” K&S Auto Sales “took care of them” alright, just not in the way they expected. They allege K&S Auto Sales told them the 2014 Hyundai Genesis was both in good mechanical condition and represented to them that the car only had minor bumper damage. In fact, they allege the 2014 Hyundai Genesis had been in between 2 and 4 accidents prior to their purchase.

Awesome!! Lilia Guizar got us out of a nightmare we were in with with a non operating vehicle. I was turned down by other firms after discussing my case. Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot! They helped us every step of the way. nobody really wants to deal with going through all of this but they made the process a lot easier to deal with we can't give them enough praise!!
