On to the River!
Rosner, Barry and Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center is receiving calls every week from people who now need to get their motor home, 5th wheel, toy hauler, or travel trailer repaired after this year’s desert season. The problem is that their leveling jacks, slide out, inverter, and other electrical defects needed to be fixed under the warranty, but none of the dealers have any appointments available.
The frustration is obvious. La Mesa RV, Giant RV, Mike Thompson’s RV, DD’s RV, Richardson’s RV or even Camping World is preventing our clients from getting ready for the river season. They are stuck with a lemon.
